By downloading or using ReadToMeNow, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these terms on behalf of your child.

Description of Service

ReadToMeNow is an iOS application that uses camera-based text recognition and artificial intelligence to help children learn to read from physical books.

Subscriptions

• Free tier: Limited to 3 pages per day with standard features.
• ReadToMeNow+ and Family Annual: Paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

ReadToMeNow is designed for educational use with printed text. You agree not to use the app to process inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and AI features are owned by J5 AI Ventures LLC. The books you scan remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

Disclaimers

ReadToMeNow is a supplementary educational tool. It is not a substitute for professional reading instruction, speech therapy, or special education services. AI-generated explanations are designed to be helpful but may occasionally be imprecise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J5 AI Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
